By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Photography Services
Faith Hub Photography provides professional photography services including but not limited to:
- Wedding photography
- Lobola/Roora ceremonies
- Indoor and outdoor shoots
- Birthday celebrations
- Corporate events
- Graduation ceremonies
- Product photography
- Pregnancy shoots
- Home visit sessions
- All ceremony coverage
- Printing and banner services
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp)
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due before or on the day of the shoot
3.2 Payment Terms
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money
- Payment plans may be available for large events
- Late payments may incur additional charges
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling fee
- Same day cancellations: No refund, rescheduling fee applies
4.2 Photographer Cancellations
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
5. Photography Rights and Usage
5.1 Client Rights
- Clients receive high-resolution digital images
- Images may be used for personal purposes
- Commercial use requires written permission
5.2 Photographer Rights
- Faith Hub Photography retains copyright to all images
- We may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Client privacy will be respected upon request
6. Image Delivery
- Images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the shoot
- Delivery method: Online gallery and/or USB drive
- Images will be professionally edited
- Raw files are not included unless specifically requested
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
- Obtain necessary permissions for photography locations
- Ensure all participants are aware of photography
8. Weather and External Factors
- Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to weather
- We will work with you to find alternative solutions
- Indoor backup options may be available
9. Equipment and Safety
- We use professional photography equipment
- Clients are responsible for their own safety
- We maintain professional liability insurance
10. Limitation of Liability
Faith Hub Photography's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or equipment failure.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the laws of Zimbabwe.
13. Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
